Our Process
How we go about sharing your story.
Step 1 — Get To Know You
In order to bring your wedding day to life, we take a personalized approach. We ask you to fill out a short preferences form to choose your themes, colors, important moments and layout details. We want to get to know you and your spouse so we can tell your entire story.
Step 2 — Share Your Photos
Share with us the photo gallery link from your wedding day as well as any additional videos, speeches, music or write ups that you would like featured. Include every little detail from the day!
We credit your photographer for all photos and link directly to their website. Great promo for your photographer!
Step 3 — Let’s Meet Up
Hop on a quick call with us to officially start the project and share your vision, wants and needs. We will brainstorm, answer any questions, hammer down the details and set the tone and flow of your love story.
Step 4 — Design The Day
We get to work creating your personalized wedding keepsake. Using the photos, videos and additional content you supplied us as well as your preferences, we will tailor our digital booklet to your special day. Our design process typically takes around 2 weeks to get your scrapbook perfect.
Step 5 — Finalize Your Pages
We will send you a first draft preview to make sure your story is perfectly captured. We will ask for two rounds of revisions and edits to ensure every detail is perfect. Revisions and final tweaks typically take a week.
Step 6 — Convert To Print
Once your digital scrapbook is complete we can convert it to a hardcover print book. We will include QR codes on each page that link to the digital version. You will get to select which photos you would like in the print version to ensure your keepsake is personalized to you.
